Mattel #A5450 3-D Game Assortment

Mattel's 3-D Game Assortment featured 4 games that incorporated vacu-form 3-D textures and interesting accessories.

Packaging:
The assortment probably came in a plain cardboard box with Mattel logo's and an assortment number printed on either end. - As an existing assortment has not yet materialized, the packaging is unconfirmed and based upon packaging of other display items from the same period. Each game is 19" x 19" x 3" in actual size, so this carton would be sizable.

Notes:
The 1968 Toy Fair version of the Catalog has a two-page spread (shown above), while the normal 1968 Mattel Catalog cut this down to a single page. At 20 lbs and at 19" x 19" x 3" each in size, this was one of the heaviest and largest assortments that Mattel offered for that year. I bet that the reception of the 3-D games during the show was luke-warm, causing Mattel to down-play them. The assortment was only offered for one year.
